LIVE! (/liv/) is our signature process because through it we express each of the core elements of how we view life. The XEALOTS-way is a new and different kind of operating system, helping you to engage in a world that needs to know that there is a purpose to its pain. It is a training to help you understand better your strengths, purpose and destiny.

Rediscover your spark. Reclaim your purpose. Activate your life
You’ll walk away with:
Clarity on your unique design and purpose
Freedom from what’s been holding you back
Connection through shared stories and encouragement
An Activation Plan for confident, next-step action
Life is too short to merely go through the motions. Whether you feel like you’ve drifted from who you are, find yourself in a time of transition, or you’re simply looking to rekindle your zest for life, this retreat guided by the LIVE!™ experience equips you to move from stuck to "stoked"—fully alive and aligned with your purpose.
"I walked away with a sense of freedom, focus, and a plan I was truly excited about. This was more than a retreat—it was a turning point."
– H. Moore, Enterprise Solutions Architect“LIVE! has been a great experience for me and I hope it will help many others as well. It gave me a better understanding of myself and the way I think. Most importantly, it gave me spiritual and practical guidance to be comfortable and excited about being myself. Often times I felt like my drive or my story was not normal, and I realized it wasn't, which ultimately has become my strength. XEALOTS also helped me understand what I was made for and how to live that out in my strengths and skill sets. My initial involvement in LIVE! came at a critical time in my life when I needed it the most, therefore I would say that nothing happens with XEALOTS by mistake.”
