To find out, XEALOTS is partnering with Plywood People, a red hot center for social innovation. These two ecosystems are built around creativity, innovation, human connection, leadership development and meaningful social impact. We believe bringing these two networks of curious minds together will quietly shape the future.
This fall at XAG, we believe if two people need to meet, we should introduce them.
And we are intentionally engineering a room designed for serendipity.
Here, hierarchy disappears.
Ideas collide.
And magic hides in the moments between — the sidebar chats, the shared meals, the spontaneous sparks that turn into movements.
Many of us are carrying big visions while quietly longing for deeper connection. And maybe the next breakthrough isn’t another podcast, another strategy, or another productivity hack.
Maybe it’s a person.
XEALOTS is a Diverse Network of Leaders, Dreamers, Builders and Friends, empowering each other to discover joy and meaning. We are contemplative activists. Our mission is to help individuals discover their design and flow by offering customized experiences, unique connections and a creative way of activating, that sustains human flourishing.

Plywood People is partnering with XEALOTS to bring together a shared ethos rooted in third culture thinking, people-centered design, justice, and spiritually grounded leadership development.
We believe that collaboration is one of the most powerful forces for driving real change. For over 15 years, Plywood has convened entrepreneurs, nonprofit leaders, creatives, executives, and social innovators around one core belief:
The right community accelerates impact.
As one of Atlanta’s leading ecosystems for social innovation and human-centered entrepreneurship, Plywood is known for creating environments where trust forms quickly, conversations go deeper, and collaboration emerges organically.
